Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask that you provide appropriate notice if you are unable to make your appointment.
🔹 First Offense: Failure to show up or notify me in a timely manner will require full payment at the time of booking for all future appointments.
🔹 Second Offense: If this policy is not respected again, you will unfortunately be banned from booking at SophisticatedSKN.
